What it is we're up to...

We play music, and we like to play it in front of an audience.  Most of our songs are original compositions, though we also interpret some songs written by others that matter to us.  Hopefully, we’re communicating something that matters to the people who are listening, and sharing something about the human experience.

We sing vocal duets in arrangements built around an acoustic guitar.  We’ve been singing together for more than thirty years now, and some days we really think we’re starting to get the hang of it.  If we have to specify a genre, we’re most in the tradition of American and British folk and country, though we get interested in lots of other forms of music as well, and it all seems to find its way into the music we make.  We like a lot of music that was created before we were born, and some stuff that was released last week.

So, welcome to our website.  It has the usual musician website stuff–a few recorded samples of our music, contact information if you’d like to book us, a link to upcoming gigs if you care to come see us.  Poke around here a little, and we’ll get to know each other.
